Oven groups

A useful feature of DDC is that you can organize your ovens into groups based on your preferences. For example you can organize them by shop, by country, by oven type etc.

Create an oven group

To create your first oven group, go to the Ovens DDC page and click on NEW in the top right of the page, then select New group.

You will be shown a pop up where you can input the name of your group and eventually an image. Then click "CREATE" and select the ovens that you want to add to this group. When you are done click CREATE and your group will be automatically added. Click GO TO GROUP to see it or close the pop up.

Remember that one oven can be added to only 1 group.

Create a subgroup

Inside each group you can create subgroups, this allows you to organize your ovens in different levels of groups.

To create a subgroup click the button ADD and then select Add subgroup, this will open a pop up where you can input the subgroup name and eventually an image.

Add ovens to an existing group

You can add ovens to your groups: open the group, click ADD and select Add oven. Select the ovens that you want to add and click ADD and. You need to confirm that you are sure to add your ovens to thgis group because if you selected products that are already in an other group they will be moved to this one.

Edit a group

To edit the name and image of the group you can go inside it and click the button MORE. From the dropdown menu select Edit: you can now change your group name and edit the image. Save at the end of the process and changes will be immediately saved.

Remove ovens from a group

If you want to remove an oven form a group without deleting it, you can go inside the group page and click the button Select and select the ovens that you want to remove. Click the button MORE on the top right of the page and select Remove from group from the menu.

Your ovens are no longer inside the group but you can see them inside your ovens list.

In the main ovens page you can see just a few groups, but when you have several of them it is useful to have a dedicated page where you can see them all.

To do so you can click the button SEE ALL on the top right of the oven groups. This will open the groups page.
