Share recipes to other UNOX Accounts

Data Driven Cooking allows you to share recipes from your libraries with other UNOX Accounts.

How to share recipes​

Open your library and select the recipes you want to share, then click the Share button. A pop-up will appear where you can enter the email address of the UNOX Account you want to share recipes with. The email must belong to an existing UNOX Account outside of your company.

Click SHARE, the selected recipes will be sent automatically and the recipient will receive both a platform notification and an email. To add the recipes to their library, the recipient must log in to Data Dr and accept them.


NOTE: You can only share recipes from one library at a time. For example, if you want to share both MIND.Maps™ BIG recipes and SPEED-X™ recipes, you must send them separately.

How to accept shared recipes​

When someone shares recipes with you, you will receive an email, a platform notification, and a banner inside your library. To accept, open your library and click Accept in the banner, the recipes will immediately appear in your library.


NOTE: If you decline, you will not be able to retrieve the recipes later.

Share recipes to ovens​

Once recipes are accepted, they are ready to use.

  • Digital.ID ovens: Recipes will be automatically available in the libraries of all Digital.ID ovens connected to internet.
  • Other ovens: Recipes must be manually sent to the ovens. Follow the steps described here

Who can share and accept recipes​

All PROFESSIONAL and PREMIUM users can share and accept recipes.
For ENTERPRISE accounts, both Administrators and Collaborators can share and accept recipes; however, Collaborators must have Editor permissions on the library for this feature to be available to them.
